How it works

Someone texts that they can't make it."Can't make Thursday, kid's sick." Coverping confirms the shift back in one line.
Coverping asks the right people, in the right order.Same role, same location first. Then wider. It re-pings people who haven't answered and never asks someone who's already working that shift.
The first yes goes to you for approval.One text: "Dana can cover Thursday. Reply YES." You reply. Everyone gets confirmed. The log shows who was asked, who said what, and how long it took.

About the texts

Coverping sends shift coverage requests, replies, approvals, and confirmations by SMS to employees who have opted in. Your manager adds you to the roster, Coverping sends you one message asking you to reply YES, and nothing else is sent until you do. Message frequency varies with coverage activity.
